# Parallel coding-agent task brief

Companion: https://cmdbrief.com/guides/run-claude-code-and-codex-in-parallel

Copy and fill out one brief per agent. Use a separate Git worktree for each concurrent editing task.

- Outcome: [one observable result]
- Working directory and branch: [absolute path and branch]
- Write scope: [specific files or component]
- Shared interface: [agreed inputs and outputs]
- Acceptance: [expected behavior, including a failure case]
- Verification: [the repository's documented commands]
- Dev-server port and test database: [separate local resources, if needed]

Preserve unrelated changes. Stop if the task needs a shared interface change.
Report the diff, checks run, remaining issues, and assumptions.
Leave committing, merging, and deployment to the owner.

## Owner review

- Inspect tracked and untracked files.
- Reproduce the acceptance case and run relevant checks.
- Commit reviewed files in the worktree.
- Integrate one branch at a time and test the combined result.
- Preserve needed files before removing worktrees.

Git worktrees isolate checkouts; they are not a security sandbox.
