3. Analytics Privacy Settings
Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you grant analytics consent:
- Off Until Consent: Without analytics consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay denied even after consent
- Privacy Settings: Google Signals and ad personalization signals are disabled. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses
- Revocation: When analytics consent is revoked, Google Analytics is switched off and existing GA cookies are deleted where possible
PostHog EU Cloud
PostHog is configured for EU Cloud and is opt-out-by-default until analytics consent is granted:
- Consent Gated: Capturing is opted out by default and only opts in after analytics consent
- Limited Capture: Autocapture, automatic page views, and session recording are disabled. Page-leave events are captured to measure time on page
- Profiles: No person profiles are created; visitors are never identified to PostHog
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically force analytics off, keep the switch disabled, and suppress analytics capture even if a prior preference was stored.
